Infographic
This work is an infographic made of the different variations on Tiramisu. For the exact composition of each
dish I used the book of Laura Zavan that discribes 29 variations of Tiramisu. I made a concept of 29 cards
(15x10cm) with a graphic image of each ingredient of the variation, stacked. At the back you can see what
the image represents. The ingredients are in proportion with each other and represent one portion of the
recipe. The advertisement was used in the signage for the end-of-year exhibition of Sint-Lukas 2011.
